At Daigos, we stand behind every product in our catalog. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@daigos.store with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions by email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Non-returnable items
- Used grooming or skincare products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products returned without original packaging
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status within 2 business days. If approved, a full refund for the product amount will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@daigos.store within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you — no return required in most cases.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or card provider first, as processing times vary. If the issue persists, contact us at info@daigos.store and we'll look into it immediately.
